England's Howard Webb will be the man with the whistle during Real Madrid's clash with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.

UEFA have confirmed that referee Howard Webb will officiate this Tuesday's Champions League semi-final second leg between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund at the Bernabeu.

Webb, 41, is widely regarded to be England's best official, having taken charge of the final of both the World Cup and the Champions League back in 2010.

The match in Spain will be the fifth European encounter that he has officiated this season. During those games he has handed out 15 yellow cards and one red.

German outfit Dortmund will make the trip armed with a 4-1 advantage from last week's opening leg.
