Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, Barcelona to play simultaneously

Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Barcelona will all play simultaneously in the penultimate round of La Liga fixtures next weekend.

Title challengers Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Barcelona will all play simultaneously in the penultimate round of La Liga fixtures next weekend.

Spain's Professional Football League met this morning to confirm the kickoff times for Week 37 and just two matches have been scheduled to take place on Saturday May 10.

Villarreal will host Rayo Vallecano at 7pm on the Saturday, before Levante welcome Valencia at 9pm.

Sunday will see the remaining eight fixtures take place. Athletic Bilbao host Real Sociedad at 4pm, before each of the remaining seven games take place at 6pm.

Leaders Atletico host Malaga, Madrid travel to Celta Vigo and Barcelona make the trip to Elche.

As it stands, Atletico are three points clear of second-placed Barcelona at the top of the table, while Madrid, who have played a game less, sit five points behind the leaders.
