Louis Saha: 'Ronaldo more complete than Messi'

Everton striker Louis Saha is full of praise for former Manchester United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

Everton frontman Louis Saha believes that Real Madrid winger Cristiano Ronaldo is a "more complete" footballer than fellow Ballon d'Or contender Lionel Messi.

The duo have been shortlisted for FIFA's prestigious award along with Messi's Barcelona teammate Xavi.

Despite the Argentina international's current title as the world's best player, Saha believes that his former Manchester United teammate has all the right attributes.

"There is not a more complete player in the world," Saha told France Football. "He could play in any position. He will always score because he runs quicker and jumps higher than everyone. His endurance is crazy - his power of shot as well.

"He would score 30 goals in any team, because he can do it all on his own. Messi is maybe the best player in the world, but I am convinced he needs the team to play."

Ronaldo has scored 83 goals since he moved to the Bernabeu in 2009.
