Team News: Mattia Destro starts for Roma

Roma make five changes to their side for this afternoon's Serie A match against Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico.

Roma manager Rudi Garcia has named Mattia Destro in the starting lineup for this afternoon's Serie A meeting with Cagliari.

The striker replaces Juan Iturbe, who was injured during the club's 5-1 win over CSKA Moscow in midweek.

There are four other changes from that Champions League match, as Alessandro Florenzi, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, Ashley Cole and Daniele De Rossi all come into the team.

Meanwhile, Victor Ibarbo and Daniele Dessena return to the Cagliari starting XI, after both players appeared from the bench in last weekend's defeat to Atalanta.

Roma: De Sanctis; Maicon, Manolas, Yanga-Mbiwa, Cole; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Keita; Florenzi, Destro, Gervinho

Cagliari: Colombi; Balzano, Ceppitelli, Rossettini, Avelar; Dessena, Conti, Ekdal; Ibarbo, Sau, Cossu
