Juventus secured their place in the last 16 after sealing a 1-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League this evening.

Shakhtar already knew that they were through to the last 16, while Juventus needed at least a draw.

Shakhtar continued to push for a goal, despite not needing the result to remain in the competition.

The win means that Juventus go through at the expense of Chelsea, despite the reigning champions thrashing Nordsjaelland.
