Half-Time Report: Sheffield Wednesday lead Millwall at the interval

Sheffield Wednesday lead Millwall 3-1 at half time at the Hillsborough Stadium.

Sheffield Wednesday are leading Millwall 2-1 at half time in this afternoon's Championship fixture at the Hillsborough Stadium.

Millwall took an early lead within five minutes when Wednesday defender Kamil Zayatte put the ball into his own net.

Their lead didn't last long as the home side equalised within two minutes. Following a long free kick into the box, keeper Stephan Bywater dropped the ball and Reda Johnson was on hand to head in from close range.

In the 21st minute, Frenchman Jeremy Helan put Wednesday into the lead when he fired a low shot into the corner from 20 yards.

Atdhe Nuhiu nearly scored a third goal for the home side at the end of the half when his glancing header hit the post.
