Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne has insisted that the team is relishing their upcoming fixtures against Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United.
The second-placed Saints extended their unbeaten run to five matches in the Premier League on Monday night as a late goal from Clyne earned them a 1-1 draw at Aston Villa.
Despite three difficult fixtures coming up in the next few weeks for Southampton, Clyne is eager for the side to prove that they are serious about finishing high up the table this season.
"We're buzzing for it. There are some big games coming up thick and fast and we have to be mentally prepared," the full-back told BBC Sport. "We're going into those games confident. We are underdogs but want to show how good we are."
Southampton are back in Premier League action on Sunday when they entertain champions Manchester City.
