Tottenham Hotspur defender Younes Kaboul has claimed that the club is now more respected under manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Villas-Boas guided Spurs to a fifth-placed finish in the Premier League last season, while the team has enjoyed a positive start to the current campaign.
"The club has grown up a lot, but in a short time. And I am very impressed with that," Kaboul told The Independent.
"We have played in the Champions League, we are a more regular, more serious side in the league now. Teams are waiting for us. Teams respect us a lot more."
Tottenham continue their Premier League campaign later today when they host West Ham United at White Hart Lane.
