Manchester City will reportedly attempt to secure Jack Grealish's signature next week before turning their attention to his England teammate Harry Kane.
Aston Villa are said to be prepared to accept Man City's £100m offer for Grealish, who could arrive at the Etihad Stadium before the Community Shield against Leicester City next weekend.
According to The Sun, the Citizens will follow Grealish's capture by launching a big-money move for Kane, who has informed Tottenham Hotspur that he wants to leave during this summer's transfer window.
The report claims that Pep Guardiola's side would have to pay in excess of £100m for Kane, with the Premier League champions preparing to break the British transfer record twice in the same window.
Kane - thought to be valued at £160m by Spurs - enjoyed an impressive Euro 2020 campaign, scoring four times in seven appearances, as the Three Lions made the final of the competition.
The 28-year-old was also in excellent form for his London club during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring 33 goals and registering 17 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions.
