Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly lined up a move for Leicester City midfielder James Maddison.
The Lilywhites are expected to receive a £72m windfall for reaching the final of the Champions League, which Pochettino is hoping to reinvest into the squad.
Spurs have gone 18 months since last signing anyone, but The Mirror claims that new players will be on their way to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, with Maddison one of those on their radar.
Leicester signed the playmaker from Norwich City in a £22.5m deal last year and he has made a big impression in his debut Premier League season, earning a call-up to the England squad thanks to his form in 2018-19.
However, the report indicates that the Foxes are after substantially more money for Maddison, which could put Spurs off making a formal offer.
