Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam feels that his side's win over Norwich City was "massive" in their fight against relegation from the Premier League.
The Potters' win over the Canaries was their second victory in a row which has lifted them eight points clear of the drop zone with three games to play.
Adam told the club's official website: "This is a difficult league and we're pleased with six points from the last two games.
"I thought we deserved the win; we passed it well and created a lot of chances. Norwich probably came here for a point, but for us, it's a massive win."
Next up for Stoke is a trip to take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
