Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has played down speculation that has linked Michael Owen with a move to Australian side Perth Glory.
A recent report had claimed that the Glory had made contact with the Potters regarding the availability of their former England international.
However, Pulis has insisted that there have been no talks with Perth or any other club regarding the 33-year-old.
"We've had no-one contact us about him," the manager told The Sun. "I think Michael is happy where he is. He's a great kid."
Owen made his first start for Stoke during yesterday's 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
