Sunderland have allowed goalkeeper Keiren Westwood to leave the Stadium of Light on a free transfer.
Westwood was out of contract at the Black Cats, and after not featuring in the first team since November, the 29-year-old has been allowed to leave by Gus Poyet.
The Republic of Ireland international was the first-choice stopper at the North-East outfit at the beginning of the season, but a shoulder problem forced him to spend time on the sidelines.
Vito Mannone was preferred by Poyet during the second half of the campaign, with Oscar Ustari providing cover on the bench.
