Bob Bradley reflects on "crazy" game

Swansea City manager Bob Bradley hails his side's fighting spirit after they emerge victorious from a "crazy" nine-goal thriller with Crystal Palace.

Swansea City manager Bob Bradley has praised his side's fighting spirit after they emerged victorious from a nine-goal thriller with Crystal Palace.

The Swans had been 3-1 up in the 75th minute of the encounter at the Liberty Stadium but the Eagles struck three times in the space of nine minutes to hold a 4-3 lead as the 90 minutes of regular time elapsed. Fernando Llorente then struck twice in as many minutes to hand his side all three points and Bradley's first win in charge of the Welsh side.

"That's one we won't forget! I've been on the wrong side of those occasionally. I'm going to give the players all the credit today. They fought until the end," Bradley told BBC Sport afterwards. "[It was] crazy. At 3-1 I thought we were in control but set-pieces still change matches. We have a lot to work at but I didn't want to take the positives from the players today. Afterwards, I got on them a little bit but, in a season when a lot has gone on, today we want to still take the good part.

"The players have shown a good way throughout and, for them to have something positive, I think it's important to have something to change the luck.

"I can't say it enough, it's a great bunch of guys and an unbelievable club but when things are going in the wrong direction, it just takes sometimes a lot of determination and courage. You can only repeat that message so many times until it gets old. Today I don't need to say much, I can let them feel good about it."

Bradley's charges next face a tough trip to title-chasing Tottenham Hotspur next weekend.
