Emmanuel Banda close to Swansea City switch

Swansea City are reportedly close to signing KV Oostende midfielder Emmanuel Banda.

The 20-year-old, who made the switch to the Belgian outfit last term, scored one goal and registered two assists in the Jupiler Pro League.

According to KickOff, the youngster's performances have earned him recognition from Swans boss Graham Potter, who has earmarked Banda as a potential target this summer.

The source adds that Swansea could look to begin talks with the player's representatives promptly over a switch to the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea brought in Yan Dhanda from Liverpool as their first new recruit ahead of the new season.
