As the Premier League enters its final strait for another season, focus is already turning to what business may be done in the summer transfer window. But as well as bringing in new players, clubs will also have to look to make decisions on existing players who have limited time left on their current deals. Here, Sports Mole lists all of the Premier League stars who will enter the final year of their contracts this summer.
