Wales boss Chris Coleman believes that his side have taken a huge step towards qualifying for Euro 2016 following their 1-0 victory over Belgium.
Gareth Bale scored the only goal of the game in the 25th minute to earn his side the three points and move them top of Group B with four matches remaining in their qualifying campaign.
"It's a huge step forwards," Coleman told Sky Sports News. "But we have been here before, it doesn't mean we are going to qualify.
"We asked the players before the game to give everything, we said 'you can't hold anything back, we need everything,' and we got that.
"It wasn't one of our best performances, it was a bit scrappy, but we just dug in, that's what we do when we are not playing well, we don't lose easily and we sacrificed a bit of imagination and dug in as a team."
Wales are next in qualifying action against Cyprus on September 3.
