West Bromwich Albion have reportedly made contact with Andre Villas-Boas's agent regarding the head coach vacancy at The Hawthorns.
The Baggies have been in the hunt for a new boss since sacking Steve Clarke last week following their 1-0 defeat to Cardiff City.
After learning of Villas-Boas's dismissal at Tottenham Hotspur on Monday, West Brom are said to have expressed their interest in the Portuguese coach, according to the Express & Star.
Ex-Fulham manager Martin Jol is also believed to be a contender, as is former Liverpool coach Mauricio Pellegrino.
