Shane Long says that he is "committed" to the cause at West Bromwich Albion, despite rumours of a possible exit.

West Bromwich Albion striker Shane Long has admitted that he has no intentions of leaving the Hawthorns.

The 26-year-old, who has been linked with European outfits Lazio and Sevilla, has insisted that he wants to continue playing under head coach Steve Clarke.

"Am I committed to West Brom for next season? Yes, I'm happy here," BBC Sport quotes Long as saying. "I like playing for the manager here. He is very good, and I'm learning a lot every week."

Long moved to the Baggies from Reading in 2011.
