West Bromwich Albion have strengthened their goalkeeping department with the signing of Jonathan Bond.
Earlier this summer, Bond became a free agent after being released by Reading, but the Baggies have moved to bring in the Englishman on a free transfer.
Bond will compete with Sam Johnstone for the number-one jersey at The Hawthorns, with the pair replacing Ben Foster and Boaz Myhill, who have already left the West Midlands outfit.
The 25-year-old told the club's official website: "This is a Premier League club and that's what we've got to concentrate on - getting ourselves back up there.
"The facilities are great, the people are great. The Championship is a tough league but I believe it's an exciting season ahead."
Bond spent the most recent campaign on loan at Peterborough United, making 37 appearances in League One.
