Aaron Cresswell 'very disappointed' by draw with Stoke City

Aaron Cresswell admits that he is 'very disappointed' by West Ham's late 1-1 draw with Stoke City.

West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell has admitted that he is 'very disappointed' by the team's 1-1 draw with Stoke City.

The full-back gave the Hammers the lead at Upton Park on Saturday, but Marko Arnautovic's last-gasp strike meant that the spoils were shared.

Cresswell believes that West Ham should have gone on to claim the points after getting themselves into a winning position.

"It's very disappointing for us," he told the club's official website. "We're in the lead with two minutes to go and we let in the equaliser. The most disappointing thing was that we couldn't push on after going 1-0 up and score a second. We just needed that second goal either at the end of the first half or half-way through the second."

West Ham are back in action on April 19 when they make the trip to champions Manchester City.
