West Ham United have reportedly made a £1.2m offer for Derby County teenager Luke Thomas.
The Hammers are expected to be busy in this summer's transfer window following the appointment of Manuel Pellegrini, who signed a three-year deal with the club earlier this week.
According to The Guardian, West Ham are "closing in" on 19-year-old Thomas, who made his first-team debut for Derby in the latter stages of last season.
Attacking midfielder Thomas starred for Derby's Under-23 team during the 2017-18 campaign - scoring six times in 17 appearances.
Pellegrini is reportedly looking to sign four or five new players during this summer's transfer window.
