Agent of West Ham United's Simone Zaza refuses to rule out move to Napoli

Simone Zaza's agent and father refuses to rule out a future move to Napoli, despite the striker having an option to join West Ham United permanently.

Simone Zaza's agent and father has refused to rule out a move to Napoli for the West Ham United striker.

The 25-year-old signed for the Premier League club in the summer transfer window from Juventus on a season-long loan deal.

The agreement includes an option of a permanent transfer if Zaza makes 14 appearances in the top flight, but as it stands he has only made seven and is yet to score.

The Italian's father Antonio Zaza has admitted that his son has struggled with the demands of English football, and has suggested that the player may not extend his stay at the London Stadium beyond the loan deal.

Napoli have been heavily linked with a swoop for the attacker in the January transfer window.

"At first you have to acclimatise and he is getting to grips with a new experience, but it is entirely different, it's another world," Antonio told Corriere dello Sport.

"So far I have not been contacted by any club but if someone approached me, of course I would listen. I am available to all."

When asked if that included Napoli, Antonio said: "How could it be otherwise? Napoli is Napoli."

Zaza joined Juventus from Sassuolo in 2015.
