Wolfsburg defender Simon Kjaer has revealed that he has held talks with the club's general manager Klaus Allofs in an attempt to resolve his uncertain future.
The Danish international has struggled to settle in the Bundesliga since his move from Palermo in 2010, and spent last season back on loan in Serie A with Roma.
However, the 24-year-old said that he is not pressing for a move away from the Volkswagon Arena, but will have to accept whatever decision the club comes to.
"I have been in talks with Mr Allofs," he told German radio station Rundfunk.
"We will see what he is out for in the summer and then we will also learn what the manager wants to do.
"If they say that I have to leave, then I will have no choice but to accept it. I am not out to make any fuss."
Kjaer has won 33 caps for Denmark.
