Wolverhampton Wanderers chief executive Jez Moxey reveals that the club do not need to cash in on some of their squad members.

Wolverhampton Wanderers chief executive Jez Moxey has insisted that the club are under no pressure to sell players during the summer.

The likes of Matt Jarvis, Steven Fletcher and Kevin Doyle have all been linked with moves away from Molineux after the club were relegated to the Championship following yesterday's 2-0 loss to Manchester City.

However, Moxey has revealed that the club do not need to cash in on some of their key squad members.

"We are going into the Championship and we are going to have to regroup," Moxey told Sky Sports News. "We are in a good financial position so we are not under any pressure to sell players and fans shouldn't worry about that situation.

"However, inevitably we want to change the team and we have got a management situation to sort out.

"We will do that at the end of the season, we will not be talking about that prior to the season completing and then we will move on and hopefully have a team that can do well in the Championship."

The demotion has brought an end to the club's three-year stint in the Premier League.
