AC Milan reportedly plan to include Portuguese midfielder Andre Silva in a player-plus-cash deal to sign Ruben Neves from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.
Neves, who joined Wolves from Porto in 2017, played a talismanic role in the club's sensational return to the Premier League last season, making 35 appearances.
Jorge Mendes is an agent to both players and is brokering the deal, with Wolves valuing Neves at around £40.3m.
According to Sport Mediaset, Milan are in talks with Wolves over a deal which would see the Premier League club receive £13.4m plus Silva.
Neves is reportedly open to moving to the San Siro as it would enable him to emulate his hero Andrea Pirlo, who made 401 appearances for the club.
Milan's ban from European football may end up discouraging Neves from leaving, especially with Wolves set to embark on a Europa League campaign of their own.
