English official Howard Webb must wait until the latter part of the week before making his first appearance at the 2014 World Cup finals.
Webb, who refereed the 2010 final between Spain and the Netherlands, had been expected to feature in FIFA's latest batch of appointments, but the Premier League representative will not officiate a match until Thursday at the earliest.
American Mark Geiger has been handed the fixture between Spain and Chile, which will be his second game in the space of five days, while Algerian Djamel Haimoudi will be the man in the middle for Australia's encounter with the Netherlands.
Webb's lack of game time could potentially be an indication that FIFA intend on using the Rotherham-based official during the final stages of the tournament.
