Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has laid a wreath in memory of the victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.
Two bombs exploded during the race last year, killing three people and injuring over 200 others.
With Liverpool based in the city for their pre-season tour of the United States, the manager, along with club legends Ian Rush and Kenny Dalglish and club owner John Henry, laid a wreath near the finish line where the explosions happened.
The attack took place on April 15, meaning that it shares an anniversary with the Hillsborough Disaster.
