Ronnie O'Sullivan offers £350,000 London flat in £1.50 raffle

Five-time world snooker champion Ronnie O'Sullivan is offering a £350,000 London apartment in a raffle, which will costs punters just £1.50 to enter.

Five-time world snooker champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has selected a £350,000 London flat as the prize for a competition that will cost punters just £1.50 to enter.

The 39-year-old's raffle is part of Ron's Big Win, which allows people to enter via telephone, text or online, and will run until March 2016.

Via the website, O'Sullivan said: "Let's face it, most first time buyers are snookered when it comes to getting on the property ladder. Despite cheaper mortgages, government schemes and falling mortgage rates, you still have to find a whopping £30,000 at the very least for a deposit before getting the keys to your first home. I'm here to give you a break."

The one-bed apartment in London's Canary Wharf has a 20th-floor roof terrace and the new owner will have access to the gym and communal residents lounge.
