Leeds Rhinos thrash Hull FC in remarkable turnaround

Leeds Rhinos secure an emphatic 43-12 win against Hull FC in Thursday evening's Super League clash at the KC Stadium.

Leeds Rhinos have secured an emphatic 43-12 win away at Hull FC in this evening's Super League clash at the KC Stadium, after overturning a 12-0 half-time deficit.

Leon Pryce opened the scoring for the hosts eight minutes in after pouncing on Marc Sneyd's nudge, the video referees awarding the try after some consulting.

The 33-year-old doubled his side's lead midway through the first half by crossing over after Leeds were adjudged to have knocked the ball from Joe Westerman's grasp.

Hull hung on to their lead at the break and looked set to build on their good work in the second half.

Rhinos were able to regroup, however, and within four minutes of the restart, Danny Maguire and Brad Singleton crossed over, with Kevin Sinfield converting to pull his side level.

The floodgates opened soon after, as a break by Kallum Watkins led to some skilful centre play, before Maguire charged down and crossed over, and moments later, Watkins got a try of his own.

Kylie Leuluai and Rob Burrow finally finished Hull off with three tries between them to secure an emphatic victory for the Rhinos.
