London Irish number eight Chris Hala'ufia has been cited for an alleged dangerous high tackle.
The 33-year-old made the offending challenge on fullback Gaetan Germain during the Exiles' 34-14 Heineken Cup win over Racing Metro on Saturday.
Hala'ufia only recently returned from a seven-week ban for a dangerous high tackle on Gloucester's Olly Morgan.
A date for the Tongan's hearing has not yet been set.
