The hosts dominated the opening 40 minutes, with Jimmy Stevens, Myles Dorrian, Andrew Fenby and Sailosi Tagicakibau all crossing the try line in the first half.
Fergus Mulchrone added a quick brace at the start of the second half, while Alex Lewington also dived across the whitewash as the Italian side continued to struggle.
Nicolas de Gregori managed to grab a late consolation for the visitors, scoring Cavalieri's only try of the match with less than three minutes to play.
Despite replacing many of their starters in the second half, the Exiles were still able to snatch a ninth try of the evening before full time, Leo Halavatau taking the ball over.
