South Africa have confirmed that prop Tendai Mtawarira will play no part in the remainder of the side's tour due to heart problems.
The 27-year-old, who is nicknamed 'The Beast', was left out of Saturday's 16-12 win over Northern Ireland after suffering heart palpitations.
"We've consulted with Beast and his cardiologist in Durban and although it's safe for him to play, we decided it would be best for him to return home and rest," Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer said.
South Africa go up against Scotland in Edinburgh this weekend.
