Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has beaten Andreas Seppi in the third round of the Paris Masters event.
The French number one dominated the first set with a scoreline of 6-3. World number 46 Seppi held on in the second set, but Tsonga, who won the event in 2008, clinched it 6-4.
The world number eight's victory marks the second in their three meetings, having previously beaten him in this year's Australian Open.
Tsonga will face 2009 champion Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals after the Serb triumphed over Viktor Troicki in three sets earlier this afternoon.
