Le'Veon Bell guides Pittsburgh Steelers to comeback win over Tennessee Titans

The Pittsburgh Steelers rally from an 11-point deficit midway through the second half to defeat the Tennessee Titans 27-24 in their NFL clash at LP Field.

Le'Veon Bell rushed for over 200 yards to guide the Pittsburgh Steelers to a 27-24 comeback victory over the Tennessee Titans in their NFL clash.

The Steelers started the game well on offense as Bell churned up the yards on the ground to move his side into field-goal range, and Shaun Suisham fired his side ahead from 49 yards with an accurate kick.

Pittsburgh extended their lead when Titans quarterback Zach Mettenberger threw an interception into the hands of William Gay and the cornerback ran all the way back to the endzone for a 28-yard touchdown.

Tennessee responded to their mistake and Mettenberger managed to compose himself for the next drive as he led his team downfield before handing the ball off to Bishop Sankey, who ran in for a nine-yard score.

Suisham and Ryan Succop exchanged field goals before the Steelers had an excellent chance to take control of the game just before the break. However, Ben Roethlisberger threw an interception to Jason McCourty in the endzone.

On the following play, Mettenberger fired deep downfield for Nate Washington, who made the grab for a 80-yard touchdown to put his side ahead.

In the second half, the Titans extended their lead as Mettenberger continued to impress with a series of good throws to lead his side to the redzone. The 22-year-old completed the drive when he fired a four-yard strike to his tight end Chase Coffman.

The Steelers turned to their ground game to get a response and Bell once again found holes in the home side's defense, before he powered over the line for a five-yard score to get his side back in the match.

Mike Tomlin's men turned the game on its head when they took the lead as Roethlisberger and Bell put their side into a scoring position once more. This time the 32-year-old fired an accurate pass to the endzone for Antonio Brown, who completed the score with a good catch for a 12-yard touchdown.

The Titans were not given the chance to rally late in the game as Bell ran out seven minutes of clock as the home side's defense could not stop the visitors' rushing attack, allowing the Steelers to secure their seventh win of the year.
