Raymond van Barneveld has revealed that he feels relaxed ahead of his crucial Premier League fixture with Gary Anderson on Thursday night.
The defending champion is one of five players fighting to earn a place in the playoffs, but the Dutchman isn't too concerned about suffering an early exit from the 10-man tournament.
The 47-year-old told Sky Sports News: "I don't feel any pressure. I'm aware that I'm the defending champion and I'm aware that I'm among the nine best players in the world. They are such, such good players, even Dave Chisnall is doing so well in the Premier League.
"I remember when Gary Anderson was relegated one year and the year before he won the Premier League. Maybe it's not my year in the Premier League.
"We'll find out after Thursday, but it doesn't mean the whole world is down for me."
The five-time world champion will be safe with victory over the Scot, but a draw or defeat would leave him waiting on other results.
