Federico Fernandez: 'Bosnia and Herzegovina can surprise us'

Federico Fernandez claims that Bosnia and Herzegovina have the ability to surprise Argentina ahead of their World Cup clash on Sunday.

Federico Fernandez has insisted that Argentina are aware Bosnia and Herzegovina can spring a surprise when the two sides meet in Group F on Sunday night.

The defender believes that the warning signs were there to see when Argentina beat the same opponents 2-0 in a friendly last November, and he claims that the key to success will be keeping possession for long periods.

"We know Bosnia will be a tough opponent for us. They have the potential to win matches," Fernandez told reporters. "We have worked a lot on trying to keep the ball.

"We played them in a friendly last year and they can surprise you."

Argentina will also meet Iran and Nigeria in Group F.
