Arsene Wenger: We have to fight until end of season'

Arsene Wenger declares that Arsenal will "fight until the end" to keep their title hopes alive.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has declared that his side will "fight until the end of the season" following their 1-1 draw against Manchester City.

The Gunners fell behind to David Silva's opener, before hitting back through Mathieu Flamini to take a point against a City side who missed out on the opportunity to top the Premier League table.

The result leaves Arsenal five points off leaders Chelsea with six games of the campaign remaining.

"We were a bit nervy at the start, but even at 1-0 down you could see the team was ready for a fight," Wenger is quoted as saying by the Daily Star. "Overall it was a game of quality between two good teams.

"With the players we have out, and the way we played today, I think it is remarkable. We went through a nightmare last week.

"Despite that we responded very well today. We have to fight until the end of the season, because everybody can beat everybody."

Arsenal are back in action next weekend when they take on Everton at Goodison Park.
