Birmingham City manager Lee Clark is interested in signing West Bromwich Albion midfielder Scott Allan, according to a report.

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Scott Allan is being targeted by Birmingham City, according to a report.

The 21-year-old has failed to make the breakthrough at The Hawthorns since he joined the club from Dundee United in 2011.

According to the Birmingham Mail, Blues boss Lee Clark is ready to hand the Scotland Under-21 international an opportunity to move to St Andrew's on a temporary basis.

Allan made 10 appearances on loan at Portsmouth last season before ending the campaign with MK Dons.
