Burnley boss Sean Dyche and Aden Flint of Bristol City have won February's Championship Manager and Player of the Month awards.
While their promotion rivals stuttered, Dyche guided the Clarets through six unbeaten games, including a pivotal 1-0 win over then-leaders Hull City, to the top of the table.
"It great to be recognised for the good run we've been on," said Dyche. "We've got a great group of staff and a great group of players, so this is for them, too."
Robins centre-back Flint stood out at both ends of the pitch, leading City to three clean sheets and also heading home three goals from corners.
He said: "It's been a great month for the team and I'm sure the goals I managed to score will have played a part in the award.
"Thanks to the staff and the rest of the lads for playing their part. We're now looking forward to securing enough points to maintain our Championship status."
The Robins are 20th and two points clear of the drop zone with 10 games of the season to go.
