Juventus looking to sign Crystal Palace defender Patrick van Aanholt?

Juventus reportedly identify Crystal Palace defender Patrick van Aanholt as a possible transfer target for the summer window.

Crystal Palace defender Patrick van Aanholt has reportedly emerged as a possible transfer target for Juventus.

The Serie A champions currently possess a number of options at left-back but it remains unclear whether Alex Sandro will remain in Turin ahead of next season.

The Brazilian international has been linked with a move to Manchester United and if the player completes a switch to Old Trafford, it appears that Massimiliano Allegri already has a replacement in mind.

According to The Sun, Van Aanholt is on the radar of Juventus having made an impression during his 18 months at Selhurst Park, with seven goals coming from 39 Premier League appearances.

The Dutchman still has three years remaining on his contract but Palace may consider a sale if they can secure a sizeable profit on their £9m outlay.
