Talks between Bayern Munich and Liverpool's Raheem Sterling have reportedly broken down.
The Bundesliga champions had been in contact with Sterling's agent, Aidy Ward, but the club agreed that a move for the 20-year-old would not suit either party.
Sterling is likely to join Real Madrid, reports Bild, with former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez keen to make him his first signing if he takes over.
The German news outlet stated that Angel Di Maria and Antoine Griezmann are now Bayern's primary targets.
