Manchester City reportedly have plans to hand a new contract to goalkeeper Ederson in the coming weeks.
The Premier League champions have extended the deals of a number of players this summer, the latest announcement involving defender Ruben Dias.
According to The Times, City are now ready to act with Ederson, despite the stopper having a contract at the Etihad Stadium until 2025.
The 28-year-old has proven invaluable since his transfer to the club in 2017, making a total of 195 appearances in all competitions.
City officials are said to want to reward the Brazil international for his performances over the course of his stay at the club.
