Atalanta BC defender Robin Gosens has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Manchester City.
The 26-year-old has been in impressive form for his Italian club during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring nine goals and contributing six assists in 30 appearances in all competitions.
Gosens has largely operated as a left midfielder at club level this term and has now scored in three of his last four Serie A appearances during an impressive run of form.
According to Tuttomercato, Man City boss Pep Guardiola is an admirer of the Germany international and has identified him as a potential replacement for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The former Vitesse youngster will be out of contract at Atalanta next summer, meaning that the Italian club could be forced into a sale in the upcoming market if he does not sign an extension.
Gosens has scored 24 times and contributed 18 assists in 135 outings for La Dea.
