Marcus Rashford has been given some timely advice on how to rediscover his love for football and get his career back on track by a Manchester United legend.
Ryan Giggs, the Red Devils' all-time record appearance holder with 963 games, was part of the coaching staff when Rashford first broke through in 2016.
However, the forward has struggled for form under Ruben Amorim since the Portuguese manager replaced Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford in November, and Giggs believes Rashford now looks like he has 'the weight of the world on his shoulders'.
Amid the recent struggles, the former United winger has pinpointed the key factor that could help Rashford recapture the form that once made him a fan favourite at Old Trafford.
Having been deemed surplus to requirements at his boyhood club, Rashford completed a loan move to Aston Villa, where he is now seeking a fresh start.

With the move to Villa finalised, Giggs has urged Rashford to rediscover the spark that made him such an exciting talent in his early years at United.
Speaking at a Q&A event with Nobby Stiles's son John, during 'An Evening with Ryan Giggs' at the BAWA in Bristol, Giggs reflected on what made Rashford's breakthrough so special and offered advice on how to recapture that level.
"Everyone remembers that smile, that enjoyment and freedom when he first came through," Giggs recalled.
"But he doesn't look like that now. He's a human being, and he just doesn't seem happy. He looks like he's got the world on his shoulders".
The Welshman then outlined what Rashford must do to shake off that burden and rediscover his best form.
"He needs to play with that freedom and enjoyment that got him to where he is now", Giggs concluded.

Rashford could make his Aston Villa debut when Unai Emery's side face Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup fifth round today.
The forward is eligible to feature for Villa in the competition, having not played for United since December when his problems with Amorim started.
His last appearance came in a Europa League clash against Viktoria Plzen on December 12, where he was substituted in the 56th minute.
