Gary Neville expects "pressure moments" for Manchester United

Gary Neville believes that Manchester United will experience some difficult moments during the new era under manager David Moyes.

Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville believes that the Premier League champions will experience some tough times during David Moyes's reign at Old Trafford.

The North-West outfit will begin next season under new leadership following the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, who won 38 trophies in a 26-year career with the Red Devils.

"It won't be a bed of roses," Neville told the club's official website. "There will be ups and downs as there always is and there has been over the last 26 or so years.

"There will be pressure moments in the coming season when people will say 'oh, it's not the same.' But it's too easy to say that. Everybody is waiting to see how this post-Sir Alex Ferguson era is going to work."

Moyes's era at United began with the dismissals of assistant manager Mike Phelan and goalkeeping coach Eric Steele last week.
