The Glazers are unlikely to sanction multiple big-money signings for Manchester United this summer, according to a report.

The Glazers are reportedly unlikely to sanction multiple big-money signings for Manchester United during this summer's transfer window.

Following Wednesday's Europa League final defeat to Villarreal, Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer spoke of the importance of adding to the squad ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.

The Red Devils are believed to be keen to sign a centre-forward, a centre-back and a right-sided attacker during this summer's transfer window.

However, according to The Mirror, the Glazers are not prepared to spend big in the upcoming market, despite the fact that Solskjaer has secured Champions League football for next season.

The 20-time English champions continue to be strongly linked with Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane and Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland but could be priced out of deals for both.

A move for Dortmund's Jadon Sancho is thought to be a possibility, though, with a recent report claiming that the German outfit have already identified a replacement in the shape of Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi.
