Manchester United are reportedly ready to do battle with Arsenal for the signature of Slavia Prague starlet Abdallah Sima.
The 19-year-old joined the Czech giants from second-tier side FC MAS Taborsko last summer, but he has taken no time at all to settle into life in the top flight with 11 goals and five assists from 18 appearances.
Sima also netted four goals in the 2020-21 Europa League campaign before Slavia were knocked out by Arsenal, who are thought to be keeping a close eye on his development.
However, the Manchester Evening News reports that Man United have also taken an interest in the teenager, who can play as a lone striker or on either wing.
The report adds that if Sima were to seek out a move to Man United or Arsenal this summer, he should be eligible for a governing body endorsement, which must be obtained by players wishing to complete a transfer to an English club.
Sima's existing deal with Slavia does not expire until 2024, and he boasts a total of 25 goals contributions (19 goals, six assists) from 35 games in all competitions this season.
