Napoli could look to make a January transfer move for Marseille winger Andre Ayew, according to a report in the press.
Football Italia, citing newspaper Il Mattino, suggests that Rafael Benitez believes that the winger could strengthen his midfield at the midway point of the season.
Given that Ayew's contract is due to expire in June, a move for the Ghanaian international could be made more likely if he is not offered a new deal by the club in the coming months.
Napoli currently occupy 10th spot in the Serie A table with four points from four games.
