Report: Tony Pulis rejects offer to manage Al Ittihad

Tony Pulis reportedly rejected the chance to manager Al Ittihad when approached last week.

Tony Pulis has rejected the opportunity to become the new manager of Saudi Arabian club Al Ittihad, according to reports.

The former Crystal Palace boss has been linked with a number of teams in recent weeks since leaving Crystal Palace prior to the start of the new season.

According to Goal.com, Al Ittihad approached Pulis last week with a lucrative offer in an attempt to persuade him to return to management.

However, the Welshman is believed to be holding out for a job in the Premier League, and will continue to wait for another opportunity in England.

Al Ittihad have since announced the appointment of Victor Piturca, who left his role as Romania's head coach to take the job.
